Our Chinese trade names are 潤昇系統測試 (aligned with RamSun System Testing Inc., RST) and, in parallel, 潤昇系統科技 (RamSun System Technology), together supporting customers across test, manufacturing, and related integration. RST is headquartered in Hukou, Hsinchu County, Taiwan, with sites including Shenzhen for Greater China customers and logistics.
We specialize in memory IC system-level test, module manufacturing, and automated test equipment—with more than ten years in the field and on the order of hundreds of millions of devices tested.
We believe the value of test subcontracting lies in repeatable results, traceable data, and lines that scale with your product roadmap. Together with customers we navigate spec changes, fixture refreshes, and takt optimization so every qualification converts into predictable mass-production performance.
Organization & culture
Sales, R&D, test engineering (TE), production control (PC), field application engineering (FAE), and logistics collaborate closely in one closed loop from program bring-up and validation through aftermarket support. We invest in capturing floor knowledge—documentation and internal training—so quality stays consistent across shifts and sites.
